Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

IPTV Mains respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our IPTV Mains service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or made available through the IPTV Mains platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

• a signature, written or electronic, from the rights holder or someone acting for them
• enough detail to identify the protected work in question
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the IPTV Mains service
• how to reach you — postal address, telephone number and email
• a statement that, to the best of your belief, the use complained of is not permitted by the rights holder, their agent or the law
• a statement, given under penalty of perjury, that what you have written is accurate and that you hold the rights or act for whoever does

Counter-Notification

If something of yours came down in error, or was mistaken for something else, you can put in a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• what was taken down, and where it sat before it was
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake or a misidentification
• your name, address and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district

Repeat Infringers

IPTV Mains will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
