IPTV Mains offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your IPTV Mains service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

• the request reaches us inside seven days of the original purchase

• Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds from IPTV Mains:

• Subscription renewals after the initial period
• Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• discounted or promotional plans, unless the offer said otherwise
• Free trial accounts (no payment was made)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your IPTV Mains subscription, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Give your full name, the address the plan was bought under, and why you want out
• Step 3: We read it and reply inside one to two days
• Step 4: Approved requests go back to the card or account you paid from, typically within five to ten working days

Refund Processing Time

Once your IPTV Mains refund is approved:

• Credit/Debit Cards: five to ten working days before it shows on the statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Cryptocurrency: Non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions

Partial Refunds

IPTV Mains does not offer partial refunds. If your money-back guarantee period has expired, you are not eligible for any refund. However, we encourage you to try our 24-hour free trial before purchasing to ensure our service meets your needs.

Service Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues with IPTV Mains that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit regardless of the 7-day period. Contact our support team for assistance.
